Thank you for showing interest in volunteering for the 2021 Ulysses National Rally.

We cannot run the rally without you.

To volunteer you will need to access an online registration tool, the links to such are at the bottom of this page.

The volunteer tasks are organised into eight groups:

  • Set-up week,
  • Six individual days of the event and,
  • Cleanup week.

The volunteer tasks are sorted in each link by section

  • Services,
  • Campground,
  • Access Control etc,
  • then chronologically.
How to Volunteer

1. Choose the task you are interested in by date, category and role

(see below for explanation of roles).


2. Click on the appropriate link (Set-up, Day or Clean-up) - registration will open on an external website


3. On the site, scroll to the role/timing you desire and click on the green arrow on the right hand side


4. Complete your personal details


5. Click on Agree and Sign-up

You will receive an email confirming your commitment.

You will need to complete this process for every role you wish to volunteer.

COVID 19

The 2021 National Ulysses Rally will be run under the rulings of the WA State Health Department's COVID 19 infection control legislation.

This will require that ALL volunteers undergo the Health Department's COVID 19 Training.

This training can be done online via:

Evidence of having done this training will be required before any volunteer role is commenced.

This training takes about 40-50 minutes and it is advised that this training be completed prior to arriving at the rally.

 

Volunteer Those not scared to get sweaty, heavy work involved. None
Volunteer - Light Duties Lighter duties, such as: Manning Security  
Volunteer - Clerical Clerical, managing security, non-physical Word, Excel etc
Electrical Contractor   WA Electrical Contractor Licence required
Electrician   Electrician Licence accepted in WA
Plumber   Plumber & Gas Fitter Licence accepted in WA
Fork Lift Operator   Qualified Forklift Ticket
First Aid   First Aider's ticket

Free Campground camping during set-up week is available for those who compete 4 hours of volunteer roles each day of the set-up week.
